We set goals for the coming year together as a group at our annual retreat.  Usually 3 to 5 per year.  I do not ask the gift shop volunteers to set individual goals however some of our goals require individual effort.  This year we are working on three goals. One involves our donations to the auxiliary, one our daily sales and our third goal this year is special to us.  We are striving to be and inspiration to everyone that crosses our paths.  Hope this helps.
