    Do you know any Gift Shop that has the computerized cash register that uses a barcode?  We are in need of finding a vendor who could set up our gift shop.  Any information would be appreciated.

    We use ARBA.  Their rep will be speaking at the conference.

    We, too, have ARBA, and have used it for quite a few years.  We have very few problems with it, but when we do, they are quick to respond.

    WakeMed gift shops use Retailer software by Professional Systems Group, Inc.  We have used PSG technology since 1999.  Excellent system that includes inventory tracking, barcode ticket system, many reports, and an integrated payroll deduction option that they developed as a result of our partnership.
