We are looking into a survey but wonder who all to send it to.  We have so many off site facilities that don't shop here, even from across the street because parking is so bad that if you loose your spot to come shop you are late getting back trying to find another parking spot.  Parking is a big issue even for patients.  It is to far for them to walk, or the staff doesn't get lunch or breaks due to staff shortage, to come down to the shop.   We don't have payroll deduct.  I would love to hear your suggestions.
