Hello all,

As you may have seen in my response to Cindy's post about gift shops, I'm losing my gift shop manager/buyer. She's been with us for 21 years, so I'm a little rusty when it comes to interviewing for this type of position. If any of you have hired for this position in the past couple of years, I would love to know the questions you asked of your candidates, especially if there was something in particular that you feel really helped you pinpoint the right person.
