Volunteer Leaders
Interested in seeing annual training you require of volunteers (format, content, etc). Our volunteers do not have access to our online learning system.
We host a mandatory annual education meeting. We have education sessions in the morning, and service awards in the afternoon. I invite different speakers throughout the day, so they don't have to listen to me talk all day! If they can't attend, they have to complete the attached packet and turn it in to get credit.
My training looks nothing like Heather's (love the structure and graphics!) when in person I have played a bingo and word scramble game.
