Hey, Kelly! We recently started using QuickCharge. Our system brought them in, so I'm not sure of the cost. We use it in the gift shop and for our fundraisers. We have had some issues recently, but our IT department has worked with the vendor to correct the issue.

We use Quickcharge.  It has been very good for us for payroll deduction.  So much so that now the fees come from the hospital budget since it saves our accounting/payroll department so much time processing payroll.  It's about $7,000 a year for our system and very much worth the money in my system budget!!  I rarely have issues and if I do, the customer service from the Quickcharge team is exceptional - they work with me and my IT team quickly to resolve any issues.
